Becoming a member at LTYC is easy! Simply print the appropriate application from below. Completed forms can be mailed along with payment to the address on the application. Applications can also be dropped off at Court Seven at LTYC, our clubhouse restaurant. If paying by credit card please be sure to include the completed Credit Card Authorization Form along with your application.
